  1. Yarn Feeding & Tension Setting

  2. Direct Two-For-One Twisting

The One Step S/Z Twisting option (TPRS) allows the operator to select twist direction per the tufting specification without retooling.

  3. HMI Recipe Lock-In

    Before a grass yarn production run, the operator loads a stored recipe on the graphical HMI specifying TPM, winding tension, machine speed, and overfeed ratio for that specific yarn count and denier.   4. Precision Winding to Package
